Shipping, returns and warranty information

General Information

We at Panonian have worked extremely hard to make sure we can ship to customers around the globe at affordable prices and within reasonable delivery times! In order to make this happen we partnered up with both DPD Croatia, as well as Hrvatska Posta. Depending on size, weight and destination your package will be handed over to either one of them.

After you completed your order and the payment is confirmed, we will hand your package over to the selected shipping partner within 2 business days (as long as all items in your order are on stock). Please take into consideration, that payment with some payment methods cannot be instantly confirmed and therefore it may take a bit longer.

Your package is always shipped with a tracking number and this number will automatically be sent to you by email after your package has been handed over. You can also track your order in your My Account page!

Delivery Times

As we use multiple shipping partners, delivery times depend on which partner we select for your package. An overview of the estimated delivery times of all European countries, provided to us by our partners can be seen below.

All countries within North, Central and South America are summarized as such in the table, all countries not specifically specified are mentioned under “Rest of the World”.

If desired, shorter delivery times are always possible, for that simply contact us and we will arrange it for you personally!

Our rules on returning your ordered goods are simple! Depending on why you’d like to return (part of) your order, the rules are as follows:

Even though we are sad to hear that you did, that’s OK! From the moment you receive your package, you have 14 days to reconsider your order and send back any or all items. No questions asked!

In this case, simply send an email with your order information and which goods you’d like to return to info@panonian.com, as well as send your goods back to our warehouse at the address stated below. Costs of the return shipments will be on your behalf. Also, any shipping charges paid for during placement of the initial order will not be refunded.

Of course, your goods should arrive to us unused and in their original packaging. In case you did open, test-fit or try out any of the goods, but would still like to return them, please just contact us and we will figure out the best way to solve the situation.

In case the goods you received were damaged, don’t match what you ordered, anything was missing, or there was any other valid problem, let us know within 30 days and we will resolve the issue without any hassle!

In this case, simply contact us by any of the means stated on the Contact Us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Depending on the nature of the problem, we will handle the process as fair as possible. For example, you will never be charged any additional shipping costs in case we or the shipping company made a mistake.

Attention! Please do not accept any packages at your door that have obviously been damaged during transport! That will make the claims for both us, as well as you, as lot easier! If for example someone else accepted the package, you didn’t see the damage, or it was left at your doorstep/neighbour, please take pictures as soon as you notice any damage and send us all the details at info@panonian.com! We will then do our best to make sure everything turns out just fine!

Please make sure you package the goods you want to return carefully, free of any oil/fuel/stains and include a copy of your original order confirmation or invoice in the box. The address for shipping your return package to is:

We believe in the work we do here at Panonian and for that reason all our products have a 2-year warranty!

When any breakdown or fault occurs with a product of ours, the item will be repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you! Naturally, this is only valid when the product was used under normal (riding) conditions and does not include any damages as a result of extreme riding, crashes or any other abnormal conditions.

Each case will be looked at individually and fairly, just contact us by any means stated on the Contact Us page and we will find a satisfactory solution!
